The Last birthday Of QUAID-E-AZAM

The photo above, taken from Dawn's own star archive, shows Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah reading the Dawn newspaper on the occasion of his 71st birthday. Muhammad Ali Jinnah's first birthday in Pakistan was celebrated on December 25, 1947, which coincidentally proved to be his last birthday.

The morning of his birthday begins with a meeting with a small delegation of Dawn Karachi journalists. Leading Dawn editor Altaf Hussain said the delegation expressed good wishes for them, on the same day they also read the morning edition of Dawn.

He also remembers the days when Dawn was launched in Delhi, but he expressed satisfaction that Dawn Karachi was upholding ethics.

And then something extraordinary happened. Muhammad Ali Jinnah never confirmed in his career that we would consider becoming a product or a brand and that is still the case. Agree to take a picture while reading. Later, Quaid-e-Azam also attends an official function at the Governor General's House, but he leaves the party early due to a birthday party was given by his friend Sir Ghulam Hussain Hidayatullah. Pasha Haroon, commander of the Sindh Women's National Guard, sings a poem written by a Lahore-based poet on her birthday.

The booty for the nation is your tail today,  Quaid-e-Azam, what do you provide to the head of the nation,  Quaid-e-Azam, 9 months later, on September 11, 1948, Quaid-e-Azam finally lost the long battle with tuberculosis. Secretly, Dawn announced the next day that 'Quaid-e-Azam is no longer with us', 'Long live Pakistan'. On the same day, Indian troops enter the Nawabi Autonomous State of Hyderabad and announce the state's accession to India.
